We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any package is lost or stolen.  If you would like signature required on your order, let us know via email with your order.

To begin the return or exchange process, send an email to contact@StarStruckClothing.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Returns:

For all Returns or Exchanges:


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns on US domestic orders purchased at full price.

Returns or Exchanges must be received within 10 days of your delivery in their original condition, original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all of the original tags attached.

I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on worn clothing.

We recommend you safely package your return shipment and obtain a tracking number. We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for goods that do not meet our standards.

All International Orders are FINAL.

All purchases on SALE merchandise are FINAL.

All custom made orders or made to order items are FINAL.

For some orders a 15% restocking fee will apply.


For a Return:

We do not pay return shipping. Your return refund will be process 1-2 business days after arriving in our office. Allow 7 to 10 business days for this refund to be applied to the same payment method you used for your purchase

For an Exchange:

A replacement of that item if in stock. We do not pay return shipping and can process the exchange once we receive the order back. However, if exchange, we will pay the shipping of the exchanged items being sent to you. Your exchange will be process 1-2 business days after arriving in our office

Shipping Information:

*Within the USA - You order will be processed as quickly as possible and safely delivered via UPS and USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days before receiving your order.

* Outside the USA - I ship via UPS and USPS using the priority international services. Please allow 14-30 days before receiving your order.

Shipping Methods and Tracking Information: All of the items are shipped through UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Customers will receive a tracking number update via email when the orders are shipped and may view their order and tracking status at any time by clicking the order confirmation link emailed to them. International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that their country may impose on the items.
